- Use of
"Copal Azur" is an aroma inspired by the beach atmosphere, Mayan incense - copal, which in 2014 created by perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour. The fragrance conveys the rich and mystical atmosphere of Tulum, with notes reminiscent of sea spray, jungle scents and ancient temples. Copal Azur reflects Karl Bradl's memories of cycling through the copal-filled air of the Yucatan Peninsula. The aroma combines ozonic and salty notes reminiscent of the Caribbean Sea, green jungle accords, cardamom, patchouli, myrrh, tonka bean and amber. This creates a rich background of scents that reflect the multifaceted city of Tulum.
Fragrance notes: Murtenga resin, fresh accord, salt, incense, resin, cardamom, patchouli, myrrh, tonka bean, ambergris.
