16A Orchard is a leather fragrance dedicated to the perfumery's move to 16A Orchard Street, New York's vibrant Lower East Side. in 2021 Created by Frank Voelkl, the fragrance symbolizes change and rebirth, reflecting a dynamic and diverse neighborhood. The fragrance aims to induce emotional balance through natural root ingredients such as ginger and iris that ground and focus. The scent is mysterious and complex, defying easy description. It's dominated by earthy accords that become light: ginger adds intrigue, iris brings focus, and quince and bergamot strengthen connection. Dry cedar, tonka, bergamot, lemon, cardamom and jasmine complement the composition, creating a unique combination that reflects the essence of transformation and living in a non-standard situation.
