1. Purchase charcoal discs for burning incense. They are not included in the set.
2. Light the charcoal disc by holding it in tongs with a match or lighter. Be careful not to burn your fingers! Carefully move the lighter around the disc to see if it ignites.
3. Place the disc in the prepared burner and let it heat for about 5 minutes until it acquires a light gray shade.
4. Place a small piece of frankincense resin on the charcoal and enjoy the wonderful aroma.
